Mrs. Kabilnitsky is Elmwood’s Chief Financial Officer and oversees the accounting and tax functions of the investment vehicles and management company. She has 20 years of accounting experience within asset management. Mrs. Kabilnitsky is also a member of Elmwood’s Management Committee.

Previously, Mrs. Kabilnitsky was a Director of Cost Management at Strategic Value Partners, a distressed private equity firm. She managed a team of three and was responsible for all expenses within funds, their allocations amongst the funds and establishing a billing process for the infrastructure teams and tracking relevant deal related costs.

Prior to Strategic Value Partners , Mrs. Kabilnitsky was a Management Company Controller at Centiva Capital. Mrs. Kabilnitsky oversaw the global management accounting and global portfolio team compensation processes for the firm. Prior to Centiva Mrs. Kabilnitsky was Corporate Controller at Contrarian Capital Management. She also held positions in accounting departments for Chilton Investment Company, Diamondback Capital Management and Pequot Capital Management.

Mrs. Kabilnitsky graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT in 2010 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, cum laude, and in 2012 with a Master of Science in Business Administration.
