Mr. Kwan is Head of CLO Structuring and is responsible for CLO issuance execution and warehouse formation. He has 21 years of experience in the structured products market including roles as a sell structurer, investor and issuer.

Mr. Kwan joined Elmwood from GoldenTree Asset Management, where he was a Director on the Structured Products Financing team serving as lead structurer for the GoldenTree Loan Management platform.

Prior to GoldenTree, Mr. Kwan was a Vice President at CIFC Asset Management where he focused on sourcing and executing primary and secondary CLO debt/equity investments for CIFC’s balance sheet as well as third-party capital. Prior to CIFC, Mr. Kwan was an Associate on Hudson Advisors’ Securities Asset Management team. Prior to Hudson Advisors, Mr. Kwan was an Associate in Deutsche Bank’s CLO group. Mr. Kwan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Senior Associate in the Structured Finance group.

Mr. Kwan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in Austin, TX in 2003 with a B.B.A. and M.A. in Professional Accounting.
