Mr. Adomanis is Elmwood’s Head of Restructuring and has responsibility for overseeing stressed and distressed positions within the Firm’s portfolios and provides strategic advice related to, among other things, the Firm’s involvement in ad hoc creditor groups, liability management exercises, and restructuring transactions.

Mr. Adomanis has 9 years of experience across a broad spectrum of liability management and in-court restructuring transactions. He has represented companies, sponsors, official committees, individual lenders, and ad hoc creditor groups.

Prior to Elmwood, Mr. Adomanis was an Executive Director in the Financing and Capital Solutions Group at Perella Weinberg Partners during which he worked on 30+ restructuring transactions, several large M&A deals and financings, and served as the Group’s staffer.

Mr. Adomanis graduated from Harvard College in Cambridge, MA in 2007 with an A.B. in Government and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA in 2016 with an M.B.A.
