Mr. Lem is a Senior Analyst and has responsibility for managing the Firm’s investments in the industrials, chemicals, and energy services sectors. He has 10 years of investment and restructuring transaction experience and has invested across asset classes, including high yield bonds, leveraged loans, distressed / special situations, and equities in both long-only and total return strategies.
Mr. Lem joined Elmwood from Silver Point Capital, where he was a Director responsible for investing across the capital structure with a primary focus on distressed and opportunistic corporate credit, equity, and CDS across a variety of sectors and investment vehicles, including hedge fund and drawdown strategies.
Prior to Silver Point, Mr. Lem was a Vice President and Director of Research at Angel Island Capital primarily covering the industrials sector across both opportunistic and liquid credit investment vehicles. Mr. Lem began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Lem graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2014 with a B.A. in Business Economics.
