Mrs. Saltzman serves as a Portfolio Manager for Elmwood’s CLO vehicles. She has over 20 years of research and portfolio management experience across leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and private credit.

Mrs. Saltzman joined Elmwood as a Portfolio Manager for its U.S. CLO vehicles. Prior to Elmwood, she was a Portfolio Manager for U.S. CLO vehicles at The Carlyle Group. In addition to her portfolio management experience, she has held credit investment analyst roles at Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, and The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for managing investments across a range of industries, including homebuilding and real estate services, cable and satellite television, business services, industrials, and healthcare.

Mrs. Saltzman graduated from Harvard University in 2006 with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics, cum laude, and from Harvard Business School in 2012 with an M.B.A.
